I had a wicked nice time! The staff, like Hosam and Mohammed, were super friendly and went all out to make me feel at home. The room was spotless, and I loved the comfy bed. They even had delicious tea waiting for me. Just wish the iron worked better. Definitely coming back!

My stay for 7 nights was fantastic! Prashant provided really good service at the restaurant with delicious drinks that added to the good experience. The room was perfect, and the atmosphere was lovely throughout my stay!

Wonderful attentive staff

My stay lasted for one week while I explored the Citadel of Erbil and the nearby parks. The staff really stood out, especially Nataly at the front desk. she went above and beyond to accommodate my extended stay and ensured I had everything I needed for my travels. Prashant at the restaurant also made my time enjoyable with prompt service and tasty drinks.

Room service speed could be improved!!! Lack of a work desk in rooms is frustrating!!! The absence of a swimming pool is a downside!!!

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the location was fantastic and allowed easy access to nearby attractions for exploration, while the quick internet connection made it easy to stay connected and plan our outings.

My stay in the Two Bedrooms Apartment, King Beds was fantastic! The staff were professional and very helpful, especially Mr Mustafa, who went above and beyond to assist us. The suite was spacious and comfortable, making our family feel right at home. Plus, the breakfast buffet offered a decent variety of dishes every morning.
